How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 12–20 business days depending on your location. We know that's longer than what you're used to — our tools ship directly from our manufacturing partner, which keeps prices down without cutting quality.
Gua sha or facial roller — which should I get?
The roller is easier for beginners and great for quick de-puffing. The gua sha gives more control and works deeper into tension along the jaw and brow. Plenty of people use both: roller in the morning, gua sha at night.
What's your return policy?
15 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept used tools unless they arrived damaged or defective.
